Spawned-presenter run aborted almost immediately: only the first three steps
were logged (welcome narration → session start → navigate to Keycloak login).
The control state was STOPPED with reason "Q&A — the floor is open, waiting
for questions" (state left by the Q&A block). hermes.log is empty (presenter
killed before stdout flushed), so no further detail is recoverable. No
screenshots published, no viewer questions, no notes.
