Welcome! This demo submits a real FP17 dental claim to the NHSBSA gateway,
live. Watch the browser — and ask questions any time.
The FP17 list shows claims in different states — DRAFT, TRANSMITTED, ACCEPTED,
REJECTED. We'll submit the DRAFT claim live (claim #29, Band 1, £28.30).
This is DRAFT claim #29 before submission (Band 1, £28.30, performer Holloway).
Submitting queues the claim and transmits it to the NHSBSA gateway. Shall I
proceed?
Small session hiccup — the browser tab reset, so I re-authenticated and we're
back on DRAFT claim #29, still untouched. Submitting now.
The claim was transmitted to the NHSBSA mock gateway. Each run is reseeded, so
this repeats cleanly.

Q (viewer): What does the DRAFT status mean?
A: A DRAFT claim is a saved FP17 claim that hasn't been sent to the NHSBSA
gateway yet — the dentist can still edit or cancel it. It moves to TRANSMITTED
only once we submit it, which queues it and sends it to the gateway. Claim #29
here is a draft ready to submit.
Q (viewer): Is the submission reversible?
A: No — once submitted the claim is queued and transmitted to the NHSBSA
gateway, so it can't be pulled back to DRAFT in the app. A REJECTED claim can be
corrected and re-submitted; an ACCEPTED one is settled. In this test environment
the reseed resets everything between runs.
Q (operator): Add a hint on the DRAFT claim row explaining what DRAFT means.
A: Agreed — a DRAFT hint/tooltip on the list row would make the status clearer.

¶ Notes for future runs
- The browser tab can reset mid-run on this host (observed at step 16). Recovery
is straightforward: re-authenticate via Keycloak and re-navigate to the claim
detail; the reseeded claim is untouched until the submit button is clicked. - The "View" link on the FP17 list row requires a programmatic click
(element.click()) — a plain accessibility-tree click on the link did not
trigger navigation in this run.
