The dentist signed in via Keycloak SSO, opened the FP17 claims list, opened
the DRAFT claim (#61), and submitted it to the NHSBSA mock gateway live. The
claim moved DRAFT → Transmitted to NHSBSA. One viewer question was answered
live and one development note was captured and forwarded to the OpenCode
workspace.

¹ The browser tab reset to about:blank mid-run (session lost); the agent
re-authenticated as DENTIST and, because the SPA router did not fire on the
row click, opened the claim detail directly at /dental/fp17/61/ (the exact
destination of the first DRAFT row's View link).

¶ Live Q&A
- Viewer Q: What does TRANSMITTED mean?
A: TRANSMITTED means the claim has been queued and sent to the NHSBSA
gateway. It's left the practice as a local draft and the gateway now holds
it for processing — the final outcome (ACCEPTED/REJECTED) comes back later.
Claim #62 on this list is already in that state.
