The Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) system provides PAdES-compliant digital signing for electronic prescriptions. It consists of four services:
aes.veripath.co.uk) — Web interface for issuing and viewing signed prescriptionsThe AES system integrates with the GP Booking App (gp.veripath.co.uk). Prescriptions are created in the GP Booking App, then sent to the AES Portal for digital signing. The signed PDF is stored and accessible via the portal.
The AES Portal exposes:
