- Navigate to Appointments from the main menu
- Your appointments are displayed in a list grouped by date
- Filter options allow you to view by date range or status (Scheduled / Attended / No Show / Cancelled)
Click on any appointment to view full details:

After the consultation, you should update the appointment status:
- Go to the appointment detail page
- Click Mark Attended (or No Show if the patient did not attend)
- Create a Clinical Note to document the consultation (see separate guide)
If you need to cancel an appointment:
- Open the appointment detail page
- Click Cancel Appointment
- Enter the reason for cancellation
- The patient will be notified automatically
- Check your schedule daily for any same-day changes
- Record appointment outcomes immediately after each consultation
- Document cancellation reasons clearly for audit purposes
- Use the appointment notes field to flag any pre-consultation information
