Track all CQC compliance activities across the five CQC domains. Activities can be assigned to specific staff members with target dates, evidence, and findings.

When work is finished, edit the activity to record:
Set the status to Completed. You can also Cancel an activity if it's no longer required.
Activities past their target_completion_date with a status other than Completed or Cancelled are automatically flagged as overdue and highlighted with a red warning.
