The system provides automated notifications to patients for appointments. Additional communication features are under development. This page covers what is currently available.
When an appointment is booked, cancelled, or rescheduled, the system automatically sends notifications to the patient via their registered contact method.

As a receptionist, you may need to communicate with patients for non-appointment reasons:
